Our firm was established in California in 2010. Our staff are seasoned accounting professionals with combined experience of over 30 years in accounting. We specialize in management accounting, QuickBooks and part time Controller/CFO services.

We are QuickBooks experts that specialize in QuickBooks setups, customizing to the customers business. We perform a variety of business, bookkeeping, accounting and advisory services from basic bookkeeping data entry, complex accounting and financial statement preparation's, accounting system implementation, accounting system conversions, to assisting business is recruiting and training the right staff for their organization.

We have helped clients convert accounting systems from cash to accrual basis, from traditional to cost accounting and set up accounting software with appropriate accounts and classifications for their specific businesses.

Work Terms

Preferred method of contact is via Email and Skype.

Introductory rates available and may be offered to you, while we build the firm's GURU clientele and establish our GURU reputation. Rates are dependent upon job or project. We have contract, project or hourly rates.

The NORMAL hourly rates will very from $30 - $125 per hour depending on work to be performed. Where $30 per hour may be your basic bookkeeping and finance assistance and $125 per hour would be more detailed work revolving around CFO services or extensive research and professional advisory services. Our NORMAL Job/Project minimum is $500, meaning that regardless of size of project, by hiring our firm you agree to pay a minimum of $500 for project completion.

Larger projects will require a retainer fee up front which will cover X amount of hours or X percentage of completion, and an hourly rate or additional retainers at completion points their after. Those who prefer not to pay retainer for large projects may opt to pay higher hourly rate on weekly basis. Short-term assignments will require payment in full upon completion. On going long-term assignments will need to be paid weekly and could either be a flat contracted fee for our services or an hourly rate.
