Work Terms

Hours of Operation
- Monday–Friday: 11:00–20:00 IST (core hours) [workday overlap possible for EU/US via planned slots].
- Limited weekend availability for pre-booked rush jobs.
- Typical turnaround: 2–5 business days per standard episode; complex/multi-cam or heavy notes may extend timelines (shared upfront).
- Rush delivery: available on request with surcharge (see Payment Terms).

Communication & Collaboration
- Primary channels: Guru Work Room messages; scheduled Zoom/Google Meet for kickoffs and approvals.
- Response time: within 24 hours on business days; critical-path messages prioritized.
- Workflow cadence: discovery rough cut two rounds consolidated revision final.
- Feedback format: timecoded notes in one consolidated list per round (Google Doc/Frame.io preferred).
- Single point of contact: please nominate one approver to avoid conflicting notes.

Project Scope & Deliverables
- Defined in the agreed brief: length, format, aspect ratios, captions/subtitles, graphics level, and platforms (YouTube, Spotify Video, Instagram, etc.).
- Source materials: client supplies raw media, brand assets, B-rolls, Images, motion graphics, music licenses, and any third‑party approvals.
- File delivery: final masters in agreed codecs; project files available in Premium or on request.

Revisions
- Included: up to 2 rounds of reasonable edits per deliverable (within original brief).
- Out of scope: script/content changes after edit starts, new assets after rough cut, major re-structures, or additional versions/ratios—billed hourly or via add‑on.
- Change requests are quoted and approved before work proceeds.

Payment Terms
- Secure payments via Guru SafePay escrow only.
- Booking: 50% upfront to reserve slot; 50% on approval prior to final delivery.
- Milestones for multi‑episode packages; per‑episode invoicing available.
- Rush fee: +25–40% based on deadline and complexity.
