Work Terms

1. Availability
I am available for both short-term and long-term projects, either on a part-time or full-time basis. I am open to fixed-price or hourly contracts depending on the nature of the assignment. My standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (WAT), but I remain flexible to accommodate clients in different time zones when necessary.

2. Communication
Clear and prompt communication is a priority. I am available through Guru messages. I provide regular updates, progress reports, and open channels for feedback throughout the duration of each project.

3. Payment Terms
I prefer to work through the Guru SafePay system to ensure mutual protection. For fixed-price projects, I recommend milestone payments based on clearly defined deliverables. For hourly contracts, I provide detailed time logs and progress summaries weekly.

4. Project Management
All projects are managed with professionalism, confidentiality, and efficiency. I ensure timely delivery, accuracy, and quality in all outputs. Tools like Trello, Asana, Microsoft Teams, or Slack can be used for larger or ongoing collaborations, depending on client preference.

5. Revisions & Support
I offer a reasonable number of revisions for each project to ensure client satisfaction. Support for delivered work continues for an agreed period post-completion to address follow-up questions or minor adjustments.

6. Confidentiality & Ethics
All client information and data are treated as strictly confidential. As a Chartered Accountant and academic, I adhere to the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism.
