Work Terms

Work Terms – eCureMD

Hours of Operation:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST)

Saturday: By appointment only

Sunday: Closed

Urgent requests outside business hours can be accommodated upon prior arrangement.

Payment Terms:

Payment via secure methods such as PayPal, bank transfer, or platform escrow (Guru/Upwork)

Standard billing: Net 15 or Net 30, depending on the project agreement

Invoices issued at project completion or on a recurring schedule for ongoing services

Late payment may incur a nominal fee (to be agreed upon with client)

Communication Style:

Preferred channels: Email, Zoom, Skype, or platform messaging

Response time: Within 24 hours during business days

Regular updates: Weekly or as per client requirements

Transparent and proactive communication is a priority to ensure smooth workflow and project success

Additional Terms:

Confidentiality: All client information and data are treated with strict confidentiality

Scope of Work: Any change in project scope may require an updated agreement or adjustment in fees

Collaboration: Clients are encouraged to provide necessary documents and information on time for efficient delivery
