Work Terms

AVAILABILITY:
→ Full-time contract or part-time/hourly
→ Remote (based in Varna, Bulgaria)
→ Flexible hours (can accommodate different timezones)

RATES:
→ Hourly: $60-75/hr (depends on project complexity)
→ Fixed-price: $3,000+ (for MVP/project-based)
→ Retainer: Negotiable

COMMUNICATION:
→ Primary: Email, Slack, Discord
→ Time zone: EET (UTC+2/+3)
→ Response time: Within 24 hours
→ Preferred meeting time: 9am-6pm EET

PROCESS:
1. Initial consultation (30min, understand the problem)
2. Architecture proposal & timeline
3. Phase 1 delivery (MVP or core features)
4. Iterate based on feedback

MINIMUM PROJECT:
→ $2,000 fixed-price OR
→ 20+ hours hourly work

PAYMENT TERMS:
→ 50% upfront (contract), 50% on delivery
→ Or: Weekly invoices (for hourly/retainer)
→ Preferred: Stripe, PayPal, Wise

NOT AVAILABLE FOR:
→ Spec work or "pay when funded"
→ Projects without clear scope
→ Extremely tight deadlines ( 1 week for complex work)
