Work Terms

Availability:
I am available for both one-time and long-term projects. Communication and document review are conducted during standard business hours (IST), with flexibility for urgent requirements upon prior notice.


Scope of Work:
Services include legal consultancy, contract drafting and review, legal research, compliance guidance, and documentation assistance. Representation before courts or authorities is not offered through this platform.

Confidentiality:
All client communications, shared documents, and case details are strictly confidential. Information will not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent.

Payment Terms:
Work is commenced upon confirmation of the task and payment milestone through Guru’s SafePay system. Larger projects may be divided into phases with mutually agreed payment schedules.

Revisions & Delivery:
Minor revisions related to the agreed scope are provided without additional charge. Timelines are respected, and clients are kept informed of progress or expected completion dates.

Professional Ethics:
My practice is guided by integrity, precision, and adherence to the Advocates Act, 1961 and Bar Council of India standards. Legal opinions are based on verified statutes and precedents
