Work Terms

Hours of Operation: I am available for work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Flexible hours can be arranged to accommodate your needs.

Communication: I prefer to communicate through Guru’s messaging system for project updates and initial discussions.

Turnaround Time: I aim to deliver high-quality work within agreed-upon deadlines. Typically, email templates are delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on the complexity and scope of the project.

Payment Terms: I operate on a milestone-based payment system. I require 50% upfront and the remaining 50% upon completion of the project. For longer projects, we can break this into smaller, more manageable milestones.

Revisions: I offer up to 3 free revisions to ensure your email meets all expectations. Additional revisions can be discussed as part of the project.

Tools: I use industry-standard tools for email development and testing, including Litmus for client compatibility and Testi@ for ensuring that your emails work across all platforms.

Response Time: I typically respond to messages within 24 hours during business days.
