Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
I am available to work Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT+6). I can accommodate flexible hours for urgent tasks or meetings with prior notice.

Payment Terms
Payment Types Accepted:

Milestone Payments: Payments released after completion and approval of predefined project milestones.

Hourly Payments: For ongoing projects, payment will be based on agreed hourly rates, tracked via Guru’s Work Room timer or manual logs approved weekly/monthly.

Fixed-Price Projects: Full payment upon project completion or as per agreed phases.

Payment Schedule:

For milestone and fixed-price projects, payment is expected within 5 business days after milestone or final deliverable approval.

For hourly projects, invoices will be submitted weekly or monthly, with payment expected within 7 days of invoice.

Late Payments: Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of work until the balance is settled.




Communication Style:

I prioritize clear, prompt, and professional communication.

Updates will be provided regularly via your preferred channel— Guru messages, or video calls (Zoom, Google Meet).
