BIM Coordination: Utilizing Revit to create high-fidelity 3D models, performing clash detection, and ensuring seamless coordination between all engineering disciplines.

Work Terms
Payment Terms:
I prefer working through the SafePay system to ensure security for both parties.
For fixed-price projects, payments can be split into milestones (e.g., 30% after the initial design, 40% after the final analysis, and 30% upon delivery of final drawings).
For hourly projects, I provide detailed weekly time logs.
Communication:
I am available for communication via Guru messages.
Weekly or milestone-based updates are provided to keep the project on track.
Revision Policy:
I offer up to 3 rounds of minor revisions for free within the agreed scope of work.
Any major changes to the original architectural design or project scope after work has started will be subject to additional fees.
Working Hours:
My typical working hours are: Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM GST]. However, I am flexible and can adjust to different time zones if required.
Deliverables:
All final engineering drawings will be delivered in PDF and/or source file formats (DWG, RVT) as per the project agreement.
