I'm a senior data analyst in a one of the biggest telecommunication companies in the middle east, with 5+ years experience in the quality and business data analytics.
For the past 2 years I became more specialized in the performance management field, defining, collecting, monitoring and measuring the Process Performance Indicators. As well as helping the management in decision making with recommending the best course of actions based on data driven solutions.
I also had transformed my work from a static environment relying solely on MS Excel to more dynamic one using SQL, Python and MS Power BI to create models and dynamic dashboards.
I'm a certified LSSGB, ISO 9001 Lead Audit, plus I completed dozens of data analytics, data science courses provided by Udacity, Coursera, IBM, Udemy ... etc. and I'm continuing my journey in developing more skills in data science, machine learning, deep learning and AI.
