Preparing accurate proposals in a short time with high quality

I am Ahmet from Turkey. I am a Civil Enginner graduated from Yeditepe University in 2020.
I have been working as an Estimator/Bid Coordinator for a Flooring Company in the USA since November 2020. Since I am a really hard worker, I've learned the job in a short time and improved my knowledge and skills so much that I coordinate bids as well now. In addition to doing the takeoff and following up on my own project, I have an assistant and I coordinate their project. They do the takeoff of projects that I assign to them. After they completed takeoff, I reach out General Contractors if we need to confirm something on the project such as unclear wall tile heights, the contradiction between finish schedule and plan or something else that needs to be confirmed by a GC. Then, I send pricing request mails to the Vendors to get pricing. In addition to this, I regularly checked if we got any updates such as Addendum, RFIs, new drawings, etc on the project I am coordinating. For instance, I definitely do my double-check my projects one day before due-date.
