Work Terms

1. Communication I respond to messages within 24 hours on weekdays. I’m happy to discuss ideas and revisions until the project meets your expectations. 2. Project Scope & Revisions All projects are agreed upon before starting (length, deliverables, deadline). Includes 2 rounds of revisions at no extra cost. Additional revisions may incur a small fee. 3. Delivery & Deadlines I deliver work on or before the agreed deadline. Rush requests can be accommodated with prior agreement. 4. Payment Terms Payment is requested via Milestone on Guru. 50% upfront for projects over 3 hours of work; balance upon delivery. For smaller tasks (3 hours), payment is due upon completion. 5. Rights & Usage Once payment is complete, you have full ownership of the content. I retain the right to include the work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed. 6. Confidentiality All client information and project details are treated as strictly confidential.
