Entiresoft Technologies Pvt Ltd is a Kerala-based software and systems consulting company (Technopark ecosystem / Thiruvananthapuram). Through our practice EST Impact Systems Consulting, we help government missions, NGOs, and development partners turn program intent into operational digital systems—MIS platforms, monitoring portals, registries, and supervisory dashboards.

The company is led by Ajish Vijayakrishnan Nair, Founder & Principal Consultant—Digital Systems Consultant for Public Health & Social Sector—with 20+ years in software, IT consulting, and program information systems. He has designed and delivered production platforms used in UNICEF and National Health Mission environments, including field supervision MIS, aspirational-block monitoring portals, VHND-style session visibility tools, and multi-level health program reporting support.

Work Terms
Hours of operation
Monday–Saturday, typically 10:00–19:00 IST. Flexible overlap available for client time zones (US/EU/Africa) with prior agreement. Urgent production issues handled by arrangement within active contracts.
Engagement model
• Fixed-price milestones preferred for defined scope (MIS, portals, dashboards, integrations)
• Hourly available for discovery, enhancements, bug fixes, or advisory
• Sole named engineer accountability for marketplace projects unless a named team is agreed in writing
Communication
Primary: Guru messaging. Optional: Google Meet or Zoom for demos and workshops. Weekly progress notes on active milestones; same-day acknowledgment on business days.
Payment terms
Guru escrow / milestone release on accepted deliverables. Invoices align to agreed milestones. Change requests outside scope are estimated and approved before work continues.
Delivery standards
• Written scope and acceptance criteria before build starts
• Demo at each milestone
• Source handover, basic technical notes, and closure package on completion
• Client credentials and confidential data handled only through authorized channels
What we don’t take
Pure logo/landing-page gigs, unclear “build everything for $100” scopes, or work requiring unauthorized use of third-party systems.

English (working language). Malayalam/Hindi available for India-based stakeholder calls when useful.
