I am a dedicated social impact professional with a Master of Social Work (MSW) and over two years of hands-on experience in CSR grant management and program monitoring. My career has been defined by bridging the gap between grassroots field implementation and corporate accountability.

Currently, as a Program Associate, I spearhead the lifecycle of educational CSR grants—from strategic planning and budgeting to comprehensive impact reporting. I specialize in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), using SQL to clean and analyze complex beneficiary datasets, ensuring that every social initiative is backed by accurate, actionable data.

Whether I am drafting donor newsletters, auditing fiscal compliance, or conducting field-level mentoring, my goal is to maximize project effectiveness and transparency. I bring a unique blend of human-centric social work and technical data proficiency to help NGOs and foundations scale their impact.

Work Terms

Availability: I am available for 10–15 hours per week, primarily during weekday evenings (after 6:00 PM IST) and weekends.

Payment Terms: I prefer payments via Guru’s SafePay system to ensure security for both parties. I am open to both hourly rates and fixed-price project milestones.

Communication: I am highly responsive via Guru Messages. I am also available for scheduled video consultations on Zoom or Microsoft Teams to discuss project frameworks and deliverables.

Reporting: For M&E or data projects, I provide weekly progress updates and final documentation in professional PDF or Excel formats.
