Founder @ LikhilAI – I build Python & Flask dashboards and AI-powered automations (Zapier, n8n, Google Sheets API) that save small teams hours every week.

I’m Akash Gupta, founder of LikhilAI. I am graduate of IIT BHU and pursuing masters in Artificial Intelligence from IIT Kharagpur .I help small and mid-sized businesses turn messy data into beautiful, actionable dashboards (built with Python & Flask) and automate boring admin tasks using Zapier, n8n, and the Google Sheets API. Every engagement starts with a 5-day pilot audit so you see real value before making a bigger commitment.

Work Terms

Availability:
I’m generally available every day from 8 am to 12 am IST for calls, chat, and project work. In rare cases of personal emergencies or urgent commitments, I may be briefly unavailable—I'll always communicate any changes in advance whenever possible.



Payment Terms:

Pilot Audit: 100 USD flat fee, due upon project kickoff.

Ongoing Work: 20 USD/hr, invoiced biweekly.

Payment Methods: PayPal, Wise (formerly TransferWise), or bank transfer.

Revisions & Scope:
Includes up to two rounds of minor revisions per deliverable. Any additional features or scope changes will be scoped and quoted separately.
