Work Process

1. Project Discussion: We’ll start by reviewing your project requirements, goals, and references so I can fully understand your vision.
2. Quotation & Agreement: Once the details are clear, I’ll provide a fixed project rate (no hourly billing) with a clear scope of work and delivery timeline.
3. Milestone Setup: Payment milestones will be set for larger projects, each milestone is tied to a clear deliverable.
4. Work Execution: After the initial deposit or milestone approval, I’ll begin the design/marketing work and keep you updated with progress previews.
5. Review & Revisions: You’ll have the opportunity to request revisions (within the agreed limit) to ensure everything aligns with your expectations.
6. Final Delivery: Once approved and the final payment is completed, you’ll receive all final files and project rights.

Payment Terms
Projects are fixed-price based, not hourly.
A 50% upfront fee is required to begin work (non-refundable once work starts).
Remaining balance is due upon final approval before full delivery.
For milestone projects, each phase must be paid and approved before the next begins.

Messages are usually responded to within 1 hour or less.

Additional Notes
I maintain clear communication throughout the project for transparency and trust.
If unforeseen issues arise, we’ll resolve them professionally based on the agreed scope and Guru’s terms.
No refunds once approved work or deliverables have been sent.
