Over the years, I’ve learned that customer support is so much more than answering questions. It’s about building trust, creating positive experiences, and turning moments of frustration into opportunities for growth. With years in customer and technical support, I’ve helped companies strengthen relationships with their customers by providing clear, empathetic, and solution-focused assistance.

Working remotely with startups and international teams has taught me how to stay adaptable, organized, and efficient while navigating different time zones and communication styles. I’m skilled at using modern tools, such as CRMs, ticketing systems, and automation platforms, to keep processes smooth; however, my real strength lies in connecting with people. Customers want to feel heard, valued, and supported and that’s exactly what I deliver.

Work Terms

Hours of Operation: My hours are flexible and can be adjusted based on the needs of each client or project. I’m adaptable and open to working across different time zones to ensure smooth collaboration.

Payment Terms: Payments can be arranged on an hourly, weekly, or project basis, depending on what works best for you. I believe in clear agreements that make our working relationship simple and stress-free.

Preferred Communication: I believe communication is the backbone of successful remote work. I’m comfortable using tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, and email to stay connected, share updates, and ensure clarity in every project.
