Work Terms
Communication: We value transparency. Our primary communication channels are Guru Messages, Email, and scheduled Zoom/Google Meet calls. We provide regular weekly updates on project progress.
Hours of Operation: We operate primarily in the CET/CEST timezone (Europe/Spain), Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are flexible to accommodate meetings across different global time zones (including EST/PST) with prior scheduling.
Project & Payment Structure:
We work using Agile methodologies.
All projects are divided into clear, manageable milestones.
We exclusively use Guru's SafePay system for all transactions to ensure security and peace of mind for both parties.
Payments are tied to the successful delivery and approval of each specific milestone.
