My motto is simple but powerful — respect the learner’s intelligence:
• Trust learners by inviting them to share their existing knowledge and experience to connect the new dots the learning programme lays down for them
• Use analogies and interactions that produce “aha” moments
• Tell a story that draws the learner in and sparks their curiosity and imagination
• Take something abstract and put it into context relevant to the learner’s day-to-day
I want to shape how people think, decide, and act as parts of teams that need them to be efficient and productive.
The companies I’ve worked with span from SaaS, ecommerce, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, customer service, etc. I’m experienced in designing in Articulate Rise and Sana Learn; additionally administering in Cornerstone, Docebo, Lessonly by Seismic, and 360Learning.
