Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
Available Monday - Sunday, 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM (EET / Vilnius time)
I typically respond to messages within 1-2 hours during these hours.

Payment Terms:
- For new clients: 50% upfront, 50% upon delivery
- For ongoing projects: flexible payment schedule (weekly/monthly)
- Accepted methods: PayPal, bank transfer, or platform payment

Turnaround Time:
- Short videos (Reels/Shorts, 30-60 sec): 1-2 days
- Medium projects (podcasts, vlogs, 10-20 min): 3-5 days
- Longer projects (20+ min, complex edits): 5-7 days
- Rush delivery available (+50% fee)

Revisions:
- 2 rounds of revisions included in the price
- Additional revisions: discussed based on scope

Communication:
- I prefer Telegram or Discord for quick communication
- Email works too for detailed briefs
- Video calls available if needed to discuss the project

Project Process:
1. Share your footage + brief (what you want, references, deadlines)
2. I'll send a rough cut for feedback
3. Revisions based on your notes
4. Final delivery in your preferred format

What I Need From You:
- Clear brief or reference videos
- All raw footage organized and accessible (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer)
