I’m a Network Engineer with hands-on experience designing, deploying, and troubleshooting networks for ISPs, businesses, and high-density WiFi environments. My journey started on the frontline in customer care, helping users one-on-one, and over the years, I moved up into core network operations where I handled the real heartbeat of the network: routing, switching, hotspots, VPNs, servers, and end-to-end diagnostics.

That background gives me a unique advantage. I understand both the technical side and the user experience. I don’t just fix problems, I trace them to the root, explain the “why,” and put systems in place so the same issue doesn’t return.

I’ve worked with BGP, OSPF, VLANs, MPLS, WiFi hotspots, fiber infrastructure, and enterprise-grade network equipment. I’ve supported ISP-level environments with thousands of users and helped businesses stabilize their networks and optimize their WiFi performance. Whether it’s a VPN that keeps dropping, a slow WiFi network, a misbehaving router, or a full multi-site deployment, I handle it with clarity and precision.

Work Terms

I am available Monday to Saturday and can work flexible hours depending on the project. I prefer clear communication through Guru messages or Zoom/Google Meet when needed.
Payment is via Guru’s SafePay system for the protection of both client and freelancer.
For fixed-price projects, I provide clear milestones and delivery timelines.
For hourly work, I track tasks transparently and provide updates as work progresses.
