Work Terms

General Policy:
I am committed to providing high-quality results with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
My working hours are flexible, but I usually respond to messages within 4-8 hours during business days.

Payment Terms:
(*)Fixed-Price Projects: I prefer working with Milestones. For long-term projects, the work will be divided into logical stages, and payment is expected upon the successful completion of each stage.
(*)Hourly Tasks: For data entry, web testing or search evaluation. I use Guru's Time Tracker to ensure transparency.
(*)SafePay: I require the SafePay founds to be deposited befodre I start working on any milestone. This protects both of us.

Communication & Updates:
(*)Text-Only Communication: To ensure all project requirements and updates are clearly documented, I communicate exclusively via Guru's message board. This helps im keeping a precise record of our progress.
(*)I provide daily or bi-weekly status updates (depending on the project size)
(*)Efficient Documetation: For complex bot logic, I provide clear written documentation and screenshots instead of video calls.

Refunds & Revisions:
(*)I offer unlimited minor revisions within the scope of work until you are 100% satisfied with the result.
(*)For bots/automation: I provide a 7-day support period after delivery to fix any potential bugs for free.
