RECENT TECHNICAL PROJECTS:
AI Voice Appointment Booking System: Vapi to n8n to FastAPI to Google Calendar. The agent collects booking details, sends them through an automation workflow and creates real calendar appointments.
AI Lead Qualification & Auto-Booking Agent: GoHighLevel + n8n + Gemini. Incoming leads are scored HOT/WARM/COLD, checked against calendar availability and booked, while other leads get personalised follow-up, with duplicate prevention and error alerts built in.
Agentic RAG + CRM Assistant: Python, LangChain, ChromaDB, Gemini, GoHighLevel and n8n. Answers from a knowledge base with citations, checks live CRM contacts and appointments, and tags high-intent leads. Includes a published evaluation set rather than just a demo.
HOW I WORK:
I start by mapping the business process, trigger, data, decision rules and desired outcome. I build the smallest reliable version first, test the important paths and edge cases, and document the handover. For larger projects, I prefer milestones so you can validate each stage before the next one.
I'm especially interested in projects for service businesses, agencies and teams that rely on leads, appointments, customer support or repetitive back-office work.

Work Terms
Availability: Monday to Saturday, flexible for UK, European, US and international overlap. I work Pakistan Standard Time (UTC+5) and agree on response and meeting windows at the start of each project.
Communication: I prefer Guru messages for project decisions, scope changes and approvals so there's a clear written record. I give concise progress updates and flag questions early if something could affect delivery.
Project structure: Small fixes and clearly defined automations work well as fixed price. Larger AI, CRM, voice or RAG systems get split into milestones, discovery, build, integration, testing and handover.
Payment: For fixed-price work I prefer milestones funded through Guru SafePay before development starts. Third-party costs (AI model usage, telephony, phone numbers, SMS, hosting, paid SaaS plans) are covered by the client unless included in the Quote.
Revisions: Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included. New integrations, workflows or business rules outside that scope get quoted separately.
Delivery: I test the main path plus relevant edge cases and failure scenarios. Larger builds come with handover notes or a walkthrough. Please share credentials only through secure channels, not in public job posts.
Support: I fix reproducible defects in delivered work during the agreed post-delivery period. Ongoing maintenance or new features get arranged separately.
