Work Terms

By hiring my graphic design services, the client agrees to the following terms:

1. Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the complexity of the requested project. Urgent same-day work is not offered, as each design requires a responsible and quality creative process. The estimated timeline will be agreed upon with the client in advance.

2. Payment and Final Delivery
Payment for the service must be made once the design has been completed and approved. Final materials will only be delivered after full payment has been confirmed.

3. Samples or Drafts
No samples, drafts, or proofs will be provided without commitment. The design process begins only after the project goals and conditions have been clearly defined.

4. Revisions
The client is entitled to a maximum of three (3) revisions on the final design. Additional changes will incur extra fees, which will be communicated beforehand.

5. Dissatisfaction with the Design
If the client is not satisfied with the final result, including the allowed revisions, the project will be considered completed. In this case, the client must pay 20% of the total agreed amount as compensation for the time and work invested.

6. Intellectual Property
Usage rights of the design transfer to the client only after full payment is received. Until then, all created materials remain the intellectual property of the designer. Use, distribution, or reproduction of the design without authorization or full payment is prohibited.

7. Unauthorized Modifications
The client may not edit, modify, or alter the design without the designer’s consent. Any changes made without authorization release the designer from all responsibility for the modified material.

8. Project Cancellation
If the client decides to cancel the project after it has started, they must pay 30% of the total agreed amount as compensation for time and resources already invested.
