The nature of my work experience made me have a person-centered approach to my work, which involves calmly and practically listening to different perspectives to achieve the best outcomes, cooperating with my team to achieve best results and working hard to make sure the results are as perfect as they can be, showing success in all those roles. I had also participated in the European Youth Event which tackled different subjects including Gender Equality, peace-building, and other different subjects.
Always open to learning, knowing that nothing great comes from comfort zone.
