Alif Enterprises, we believe clear, professional guidelines ensure successful project outcomes and long-term partnerships. We operate under the following standard terms for all drafting and CAD support contracts:
1. Project Evaluation & Scoping:
Before any project begins, we require a clear brief, including raw sketches, redline markups, or PDFs, along with your specific CAD layer guidelines or title blocks. We provide a comprehensive, upfront estimate for fixed-price contracts or a clear milestone plan for hourly engagements.
2. Milestones & Payment Terms:
Fixed-Price Contracts: Projects are structured around clear deliverables. For new clients, we utilize Guru’s Escrow system, requiring funded milestones before production begins. For larger projects, work is divided into progressive phases (e.g., 30% Setup, 40% Main Layout, 30% Final Delivery).
Hourly Contracts: For ongoing architectural studio support, hours are accurately recorded via Guru. Tasks are detailed in the work log to ensure complete transparency.
3. Revision Policy:
Every contract includes up to two (2) rounds of minor adjustments or corrections based on the original project brief to ensure absolute precision. Any changes that deviate significantly from the initial project scope or introduce completely new design requirements will be treated as an amendment and quoted separately.
4. Turnaround & Communication:
Leveraging our time-zone offset, we offer an overnight production pipeline for Western studios. Standard turnarounds range from 24 to 48 hours depending on file complexity. We maintain open, daily communication via Guru messaging to keep your project moving forward smoothly.
5. Data Integrity & File Delivery:
Final delivery includes fully structured, scaled, and layered .DWG files alongside a high-resolution review PDF. All project management and file history are securely documented directly on the platform dashboard.
