I am Data Analyst that transforming data into actionable insight especially for non-technical stakeholders across cross-functional team. I have strong record of collecting, cleaning and analyzing large datasets, building dashboards and presenting analysis result to stakeholder as base to make business decision.
I used to work with behavioral and transactional data especially analyze user behavior on apps and web. I worked with several tools :
1. Analytics Tools
I use experienced using Google Analytics and Amplitude, start from creating data tracker requirement, QA, data analysis until do presentation. I also teach cross-functional team to use these tools for self-service data exploration
2. Data Visualization Tools
I experience using Tableau and Data Studio. Start from manage the dashboard, connect the data, create dashboard and doing maintenance. I also used to held mini workshop to teach cross-function team on how to use and read the data
3. Data Pulling
I usually use bigQuery to do data pulling or create the table(s) needed, especially for dashboard data sources
4. Analysis tools
Descriptive analysis usually need heavy data visualization. I google spreadsheet, tableau or looker studio to do EDA. To do statistical analysis such as clustering and forecasting, usually I use R
