I’ve worked as a full-charge bookkeeper, staff accountant, and financial controller, managing everything from payroll and reconciliations to AP/AR and K-1 prep for S Corps. But I also wear many hats; think project management, virtual assistant work, systems cleanup, spreadsheet design, and business planning. I'm a natural problem-solver with a knack for simplifying complex workflows and helping teams stay on track.

Work Terms
Availability: Flexible hours, typically available weekdays between 10 AM and 7 PM EST. Occasional evening or weekend availability by request.
Payment Terms: Preferred via Guru SafePay. Invoices submitted weekly or per milestone.
Communication: I respond quickly and clearly via Guru or your preferred platform. I’m detail-focused and believe in proactive updates, clear expectations, and keeping things simple and stress-free.
Tools: Comfortable with QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, Notion, Microsoft 365, Netsuite, Trello, and other common business tools. Open to learning new systems if needed.
