With a background in drama theatre and performing arts, writing has been my hobby since childhood. Needless to say, I've been typing since I was a child and received my very first very old school type writer. I now have over 20years of professional typing under my belt, a minimum typing speed of 66wpm and 100% accuracy.

I love books and re-typing print (pdf / jpeg files) into digital format and giving them immortality be means of technology. As a freelance typist I have re-typed everything from educational books to poetry and fiction for clients, including proofreading and formatting.

As a little bonus I am fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English, both home languages, so translation between these languages are another service I can provide.

Due to many years working in administration I also have a thorough knowledge of MS Office and can set up Excel spread sheets for your business.

I dabble in creative writing but my main focus is assisting you with all your typing needs.

Work Terms

Communication strictly via Guru platform message system. I won't pay a security fee, or an admin fee...you pay me, I don't pay you.
Rates are negotiable according to your needs and payment only accepted via PayPal.
Milestones will be set during assignments and a fee will be payable upon submitting a small amount of work within agreed time frame and balance payable upon completion.
I need to know I am not wasting my time on a non-payer. Freelance workers are very vulnerable to scams and I have had my share in those, thus I am very careful about with whom and how I conduct business.
I work remotely only and will assist you anywhere in the world from my fast, reliable internet connection and fully equipped office.
I will not start a project without thorough communication and agreement with a client.
