Work Terms

I am always available 24/7.

Project Scope:
I will manage your social media accounts including content creation, scheduling, audience engagement, and advertising as agreed in the project description.

Delivery Timeline:
Content calendars and posts will be delivered/scheduled weekly or monthly based on the agreed plan. Ads and reports will follow the specified timelines.

Communication:
I will provide regular updates via your preferred communication channels. And respond within 24 hours on business days.

Revisions:
Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included per content batch. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Confidentiality:
All client data, content, and account details will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties.

Payments:
Payment terms will be agreed before the project starts. For ongoing work, payments may be monthly or milestone-based as per agreement.

Cancellation & Refund:
If the project is canceled midway, payment will be due for work completed up to that point. Refunds are not provided for completed services.

Client Responsibilities:
Client agrees to provide timely feedback, necessary assets, and access to social media accounts for effective management.

Ownership:
Content created during the project will be owned by the client after full payment is received.
