I’ve built a lot of sites for clients from basic refresh and redesigns to beastly marketplace and directory sites but my favorite projects were always those of people who want to teach, build communities, and make a difference.
Over the course of building so many sites, I’ve come to realize a few things. Most course creators and community builders don’t need a complicated setup, and they don’t need to be bogged down or boxed in by outdated, hard to use tools a tech guru uses (or a non-techie guru uses but outsources the work and maintenance to someone else). Lastly, I, myself, have come to value highly the support I’ve gotten from online communities and the knowledge and growth I’ve received from amazing course creators over the years.
My aim is to remove any tech roadblocks course creators and community builders face so that they can be free to build their communities, share their expertise, and empower the people around them.
