I’m a Marine Engineer and Mechanical Engineering graduate with over 15 years of diverse professional experience across operations, project coordination, administration, inventory control, and data management. PMP certified, with executive education from IIM Ahmedabad — India’s premier B-school.

I’ve led regional operations for FMCG supply chains across 4 districts during the chaos of COVID — managing teams, logistics, and warehousing remotely when most systems were breaking down. I’ve worked in the Indian Navy, handled inventory worth crores, and later served as Regional Head for one of India’s largest dairy cooperatives. I’ve also optimized inventory systems to boost efficiency by over 15%, streamlined chaotic ERP workflows, and cleaned up data that looked impossible to salvage.

Work Terms

1. Project Scope & Estimate: All work begins after a clear understanding of the scope. A final estimate will be shared and mutually agreed upon before the project starts. If the scope changes or new tasks are added later, the estimate will be revised accordingly.

2. Timelines: Delivery timelines depend on the project complexity and will be clearly mentioned in the proposal. Timely communication from both sides ensures smooth execution.

3. Revisions: Reasonable revisions are included as long as they fall within the original scope. Major changes or fresh directions will be considered as add-ons and charged separately.

4. Payment Terms: Payment is expected within 5 working days of work completion and approval. For larger projects, milestone-based payments can be discussed.

5. Communication: I stay responsive during the project. Preferred communication via the platform or email. Video calls or live check-ins can be scheduled when needed.

6. Confidentiality: All project data and client information will be treated as confidential unless specified otherwise.
