Making everything run smooth
I work as an Executive and Personal Assistant to CEO of consulting company. I have been in this company for 14 years now, where in the first 2-3 years I did secreterial, then trading after which I started post I am currently on.
My job, beside CEO support in daily tasks and calendar/ meeting managent, covers projects follow up and documentation preparation, translations, office management, travel arangement (both work and family related), finance and law assistance, all correspondence, client relations etc.
During al these years I have developed outstanding organisational skills, having to cope with the constant unpredictable changes of plans, ongoing projects moving into different directions and managing to keep things under control and making sure that every days operations run smoothly.
Flexibility and ability to adopt to any new requirements on spot are, in my opinion, most important features you need to have in order to be successful in your daily routine, which is something I have perfected during the years.
