• Prep time: Includes basic prep (reviewing your brief, audience and key topics). Additional research, scriptwriting or question‑set development can be added if needed.
• Travel: Travel within London zones 1–9 typically included; additional travel or late‑night finishes may incur extra charges agreed in advance.
• Deliverables: I provide professional interviewing and hosting; filming, editing and post‑production are handled by your team unless otherwise agreed.
• Communication: Clear brief agreed in writing before the job; I’m happy to jump on a quick call to refine tone, audience and key messages.
• Cancellations: Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking may be subject to a cancellation fee.
