I believe being friendly, upbeat, and willing to help customers is the Hallmark of Customer Service and I have mastered this Hallmark. I have two years of experience working as a Network/System Administrator and 7 years working as a Technician which would certainly assist me in different areas of ICT.


My confidence stem from the knowledge I have amassed in studying ITIL, Linux Distros; Centos and Ubuntu. Windows; Microsoft 2008 & 2012 R2, Windows Administration and PC Mechanics. Cisco; Routing and Switching. My meticulous attitude and the keen interest I possess in offering exceptional service in whatever duty I undertake would certainly make me a great fit for this position.

My strengths, are in Information and Communications Technology; Windows Server 2008 R2 & 2012 R2 Installation; ADDS, DNS, DHCP & Group Policy configuration. PC Mechanics, Printer Repairs and Installation, Computer Networking, Routing and Switching (CCNA), Windows Administration, Remote Access: LogMeIn Hamachi, Dameware, VNC, TeamViewer, RDP, Max Desk Remote Management. Virtualization: Vmware, & VirtualBox. Backup: Symantec Exec & Windows Server backup, Customer Support via phone, live chat and support tickets.

My experience in Customer Support varies in different business areas from Nutrition to Banking to IT Help Desk in a Call Centre environment where I received customer queries and complaints. I was charged with the duties of logging the data from each Client interaction and resolving technical issues.
In my tenor at different business practices I have learnt that Customers are the Life-Blood of an organization and as such they require the utmost care and expertise to retain their loyalty.

Another area of my strength is my ability to learn quickly, retain what I have been taught and execute accordingly.

I love singing and dancing and I do some writing when I can.

Work Terms

I work Monday – Fridays 830am – 430pm. I will beyond these hours if needs be.
I like being paid fortnightly but will work the full month before pay if needs be.
