Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
I'm available Monday to Friday, typically between 9 AM and 6 PM (GMT+2). However, I remain flexible and can adjust hours slightly to accommodate clients in other time zones. For urgent fixes or high-priority deployments, I offer limited weekend availability by request.

Communication:
I value clear, direct, and consistent communication. I’m responsive via Guru messages, or Slack, and I’m also open to scheduled Zoom/Google Meet calls for sprint planning, demos, or project updates. I aim to respond within a few hours during working days.

Project Management Style:
I’m comfortable adapting to your workflow — whether it’s Trello, Jira, Notion, or something custom. I prefer agile, iterative development with regular check-ins, progress updates, and room for feedback. You’ll never be in the dark about what’s happening.

Payment Terms:
Hourly contracts: I track time transparently with detailed breakdowns.
Fixed-price milestones: I break the work into clear phases with deliverables and deadlines — no surprises.
Invoices are submitted after each milestone or on a weekly basis for hourly projects.
