Work Terms

1. Scope of Work: Services provided will be as per the agreed project scope (drawings, plans, conversions, coordination, etc.) Any additional work beyond the original scope may be subject to extra charges.
2. Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery time is agreed upon before the project begins. Timelines may vary depending on project complexity, size, and client responsiveness. Fast-track delivery is available at an additional cost.
3. Revisions: Up to 2 free revisions are included per project unless otherwise agreed. Additional revisions or major design changes will be billed separately.
4. Client Responsibilities: The client must provide complete and accurate information (sketches, PDFs, measurements, requirements) at the start. Delays due to incomplete or unclear inputs are not my responsibility.
5. File Formats Delivered: Deliverables typically include DWG (AutoCAD) files. Other formats (PDF, Revit, etc.) can be provided upon request.
6. Payment Terms: For small projects, full payment is required upfront. For larger projects, a milestone-based payment structure (e.g., 50% upfront, 50% on completion) can be arranged. Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
7. Confidentiality: All shared project files, drawings, and information will be treated as strictly confidential. I do not share client information or project data with third parties.
8. Intellectual Property: All final designs become the property of the client upon full payment. I reserve the right to showcase general, non-sensitive work as part of my portfolio (unless an NDA is signed).
9. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are only accepted before work begins. If the project is canceled after partial work has been done, a prorated refund (if applicable) may be issued at my discretion.
10. Limitation not be held liable for any construction issues, code violations, or site-specific errors resulting from miscommunication or incorrect inputs.
