Work Terms

Payment Terms: Standard milestone payments via Guru Escrow prior to starting each project phase. Fixed-price projects are preferred for defined scopes, while hourly rates apply to open-ended data cleaning or support work.

Availability & Hours: Available 25+ hours per week (Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EAT). Flexible to accommodate client time zones for key updates.

Communication: Primary communication through Guru Messaging. Clear, daily/regular progress updates provided for all active projects.

Revisions: Includes up to 2 rounds of minor revisions within the initial scope to guarantee complete client satisfaction.
