I am an HR Specialist who has over 15 years of HR experience. My experience was mainly gained from working at the CCMA, the Road Accident Fund and the University of Cape Town. I have been responsible for the HR function from national level at the CCMA with over a 1000 employees to working at branch/department levels at the RAF and UCT, working with +- 300 staff members including everyday liaison with senior management.

I have as a result gained extensive HR experience from bulk recruitment processes, dealing with day to day employee relations matters, advising on remuneration issues, advising on job description writing and working with OD departments and administrative HR matters like hiring, terminations, promotions, leave management and filing amongst other tasks.

At the CCMA and the RAF I was the face of HR Audits, interacting and being the interface with external auditors. The two audits I was a part of the RAF resulted in the branch I was working in being one of the only ones nationally with clean audits.

When I am not working I love reading, socializing with friends and being active either through running or taking a morning walk.

Work Terms

Hours of operation - 7 am - 6 pm.
Payment terms - on completion of a project. Where the project is ongoing, on completion of hours or specific tasks.
