I’m a detail‑driven operations and data specialist who believes that good systems save time, money, and sanity. Over the years, I’ve helped small businesses, startups, and busy professionals clean up their data chaos and document the processes that keep them running.

Data entry & processing – I handle copy/paste, archiving, file management, and document conversion (scans, PDFs → Excel, CSV, Sheets). No automation shortcuts – every record is human‑checked.

Process design & SOP writing – If your team does things differently every time, I map the workflow first, then write clear, step‑by‑step procedures anyone can follow. From rough notes or a quick call, I turn “tribal knowledge” into training‑ready documents.

A bit about me personally:
I’m naturally organized – the kind of person who alphabetizes the spice rack and builds spreadsheets for fun. Outside of work, I enjoy bullet journaling, hiking (where I obsess over trail signage as a form of real‑world process design), and reading user manuals for obsolete technology. I believe every business, no matter how small, deserves reliable behind‑the‑scenes support.

Work Terms

Hours of operation:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST).
Weekends available for urgent projects (please message in advance).

Payment terms:

50% upfront for projects over $100, 100% for smaller jobs.

Accepted methods: PayPal, Wise, or direct bank transfer.

Quotes are free and turnaround estimates are firm.

Revisions: 2 rounds included; additional rounds at $15/hour.

Preferred communication style:

Initial contact: Use Guru messaging system.

Active projects: Email or Slack (fastest response).

Video calls: Zoom or Google Meet – please share your calendar link.

I respond within 4 business hours (usually faster).

What I need from you to start:
For data work: sample files, preferred output format, any data rules.
For process design/SOPs: a brief walkthrough (written, voice note, or 15‑min call).

Cancellation policy:
Full refund if no work has begun. After delivery, no refunds – but I will revise until you’re satisfied.
