Work Terms

Hours of Operation: I operate Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, and respond to all messages within 24 business hours.

Payment Terms: All projects must be funded via Guru SafePay before work begins. I prefer milestone-based payments for fixed-price projects and weekly invoicing for hourly engagements. For fixed-price work, an initial deposit of 30–50% is required depending on scope.

Communication: All communication will be conducted through Guru WorkRoom to ensure transparency and documentation. Regular progress updates are provided, and scheduled video calls can be arranged as needed.

Deliverables & Revisions: Deliverables are clearly defined per project or milestone. Each includes up to two rounds of revisions unless otherwise agreed. Additional revisions or scope changes will be quoted separately.

Confidentiality & IP: I treat all client data as confidential. Intellectual property rights are transferred to the client upon full payment. I’m open to signing NDAs.

Cancellations & Refunds: Either party may terminate with written notice. Payments for work completed up to cancellation are non-refundable.

Support: A post-delivery support window of 14 business days is available for minor fixes or clarifications related to original deliverables.
