Work Terms
Flexible Work – Services may be provided remotely, on-site, or through a hybrid arrangement based on the project requirements.
Project Scope – Work will be carried out according to the agreed scope, deliverables, and timelines. Additional work will be charged separately upon agreement.
Professional Fees – Fees and payment terms will be as stated in the quotation or agreed engagement. Any approved expenses will be charged separately.
Confidentiality – All client information, financial data, business records, and other confidential information will be kept strictly confidential.
Independent Consultancy – The Consultant provides independent professional advice and recommendations. Final business decisions and implementation remain the responsibility of the Client.
