Work Terms
Hours of Operation
- Available Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 (GMT+7)
- Weekend work available for urgent or pre-discussed projects
- Response time: within 1–3 hours during working hours
Payment Terms
- Fixed-price or hourly projects are both accepted
- 50% upfront for fixed-price projects, remaining after final delivery
- For long-term or large projects, milestone payments are preferred
- Work begins after payment/milestone is funded (for safety on both sides)
Preferred Communication Style
- Clear, structured communication via Chat
- For complex tasks: Google Meet / Zoom call upon request
- Daily or weekly progress updates (based on project size)
- All requirements must be clearly described before work begins
Delivery & Revisions
- Delivery includes: source code, documentation, build files (if applicable)
- 1–3 revisions depending on package or project scope
- Additional changes beyond scope may require an extra charge
