Good learning experiences are my passion. Learning should hold the user’s attention and further their knowledge or skills. In the end, good learning should leave them feeling like the time spent with that experience was well worth it. As an instructional designer, I strive to create effective, engaging, and flexible e-learning.
Work Terms
BILLING AND PAYMENT
I prefer SafePay Escrow as the payment system for all client transactions. This allows the client and I to understand and agree to the work terms, payments to be received, and payment resolution.
Projects estimated at:
- under $250 do not require a deposit before work begins.
- $250 to $999 requires a 25% upfront payment before work begins.
- $1000 requires a 50% upfront payment before work begins.
Work on a project begins once upfront payment is received.
Clients have 24 hours to release Safepay payments after receiving completed work. My goal is meeting clients’ deadlines and I appreciate prompt payment in return.
COLLABORATE
The client and I define milestones and their due dates before project work begins.
All work done for clients is subject to inclusion in my portfolio.
Guru Private Messaging is the preferred method for communication. I am happy to use Skype, email, or other services preferred by my clients. I document all communication outside of Guru.com by posting it through Workroom or as a file upload on the site. I am flexible about the frequency of communication.
Work hours are between 9 – 4 p.m. UTC -8 (Pacific Standard Time) Monday through Friday. Hours are flexible depending on client needs and project demands.
Positive feedback is always appreciated. If a client feels that my work has not met expectations, we will address the issue together before the client leaves feedback. I am proud of my skills and stand behind my work. Changes made as required.
