I'm Archita Surti, founder of Samatva – Discover Inner Harmony, and a passionate educator-turned-corporate coach with 25+ years of experience across schools, colleges, and corporates. My mission is to transform individuals by nurturing their emotional, intellectual, and practical intelligence through structured coaching and training programs. I’ve trained educators, empowered youth, and guided professionals to grow personally and professionally.

Samatva represents balance, alignment, and inner harmony—principles that form the core of my coaching philosophy. Through Samatva, I design and deliver transformative learning experiences that help individuals and organizations thrive from within.

Work Terms

Hours of Operation - Available Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST
Saturday sessions available on request (for scheduled workshops or coaching)

Payment Terms - shall be discussed in conversation

Communication Style - I believe in clear, respectful, and timely communication. I prefer initial contact via mail or LinkedIn, followed by scheduled video/phone meetings. Clients are kept updated at every phase with a collaborative and solution-focused approach.
