I Arindam Chakravarty, am an accomplished IT project manager with over 15 years of experience in the field. I am a PMP-certified project manager too.

I began my journey in the world of technology as a curious software developer. After earning my post graduation in computer science, I joined HDFC Bank's business process re-engineering group. I was able to quickly distinguish myself as a diligent and forward-thinking team member, always striving to find innovative solutions to complex problems. My work ethic and dedication led me to progressively more challenging roles in the company.

Throughout my career, I have been guided by a core set of values. Integrity is paramount to me; I believe in delivering on promises, no matter the circumstances. I take pride in fostering open communication and collaboration among my team members, knowing that teamwork is often the key to project success. I have a strong commitment to continuous learning and development, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and certifications.

One of my defining moments as an IT project manager was a project that seemed almost impossible to complete on time. The pressure was immense, and the team was feeling the weight of expectations. I refused to let the stress affect my team and worked tirelessly to keep everyone motivated. In the end, they not only met the deadline but also exceeded the client's expectations, showcasing my leadership abilities.

Outside of work, I have a passion for biking and often find myself on remote trails during weekends. I believe that nature provides a different kind of balance, which complements my busy and challenging work life. Additionally, I enjoy catching up with my old school friends.

Work Terms

My standard hours of operation are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST, Monday through Friday. Any work required outside of these hours will be discussed and scheduled in advance as needed.

My payment terms are net 30, meaning invoices are due within 30 days from the date of receipt. Accept payments via bank transfer, or cheque.

To ensure project progress, I follow a milestone-based approach. Key deliverables and deadlines will be outlined in the project plan. Regular status meetings will be held to review progress and make any necessary adjustments.
