I am Arlene Resurreccion, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing since 1997. I have previous nursing work in my country for three years and have been to Kuwait as a Pediatric Emergency Nurse for two and a half years.

Aside from nursing stuff, I practised giving Nursing Case Presentation as part of our continued patient’s education in the Hospital. I did research on topics given by the management. The research given was presented with graphic designs and background designs by Powerpoint presentation and discussed this presentation with my co-employees in a timely manner.

With these practices, I have self-learned myself the use of Computer information and its technology as a means to achieve great presentations.

Going back home, I tried working in a BPO industry as a customer support for three years. I was trained to communicate in Advance English and became knowledgeable about financial services like loan settlements, protecting customers against fraudsters and bill payments.

Currently, I am on a chat messaging support to English customers. I am providing technical and financial issues and concerns on any difficulties encountered by them, through live chat written message.

During my free time, I do part time job, a freelancing writing for a 500-word article on various topics. I attached some of my writing styles and samples in another folder.
