Work Terms

Payment Terms
Hourly Projects: Weekly billing via Guru Time Tracker. Invoices are generated automatically based on logged hours and must be funded via SafePay.

Fixed-Price Projects: 100% Milestone-based. A minimum 25% to 33% upfront deposit is required in Guru SafePay before any discovery or development work begins. Subsequent milestones will be released upon agreed deliverables (e.g., Architecture approval, Beta release, Final Handover).

Communication & Updates
Channels: All primary project communications, scope changes, and milestones will be handled through the Guru Workroom to maintain transparency.

Reporting: I provide weekly progress updates (or async Loom videos) detailing completed tasks, blockers, and upcoming milestones.

Code Delivery & Intellectual Property (IP)
All intellectual property, source code, and architectural documentation belong entirely to the client upon 100% final payment clearance.

Code is delivered via a private GitHub/GitLab repository.

Support & Maintenance
Every custom build includes a 14-day post-launch warranty period to fix any bugs or deployment issues related to the original scope of work free of charge. Long-term retainer contracts for ongoing support are available upon request.
