Excel & Python Reporting Automation for Agencies

Still rebuilding the same Excel or client report every month?

I create reusable Excel and Python reporting systems that turn raw CSV or Excel exports into clean KPI dashboards and branded PDF reports. The goal is simple: reduce repetitive manual work, prevent copy-paste errors, and make every reporting cycle faster.

Core capabilities:

• Excel dashboards with KPI cards, pivot tables, charts, slicers, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and structured formulas
• Automated monthly reporting from CSV or Excel exports
• Python data cleaning, transformation, validation, and report generation
• Branded PDF reports, invoices, proposals, and management summaries

Typical workflow:

1. You share an anonymized sample file and describe the report you currently prepare.
2. I confirm the required inputs, outputs, scope, and fixed price.
3. I build the first working version and validate the calculations against your source data.
4. You receive the completed files, instructions, and an agreed revision round.

My current focus is reporting automation for agencies and small businesses that need repeatable, client-ready output without rebuilding everything by hand.

The portfolio reporting system is a demonstration project based on a realistic agency workflow. It shows the structure and deliverables without using confidential client data.

For smaller tasks, I can usually deliver an initial version within 1–3 business days. Larger automation systems are divided into clear milestones and handled through Guru SafePay.

Work Terms

Available Monday–Friday. I prefer clearly scoped fixed-price projects funded through Guru SafePay.

Standard spreadsheet fixes and data-cleaning tasks are usually delivered within 1–3 business days. Dashboards and recurring reporting systems typically require 3–7 business days after the source files, KPI definitions, and required output are confirmed.

Communication and files stay in the Guru WorkRoom. Each project includes agreed deliverables, a validation step, and the revision rounds stated in the Quote.
