Payment Terms
I structure projects using Guru's SafePay milestone system to ensure mutual transparency and security. I typically request a 30% initial deposit to commence work, followed by payments tied to specific, agreed-upon deliverables (e.g., design approval, development completion, final launch). Both fixed-price and hourly arrangements are welcome depending on your project scope.
Preferred Communication
Clear communication is vital. I keep all primary discussions and file sharing within the Guru platform to maintain a centralized record. For project kick-offs or complex reviews, I am available for scheduled video calls via Zoom or Google Meet. I also provide proactive weekly status updates so you always know where your project stands.
